Join us for a winter of experimental ice cream, freshly churned in small batches at Wilson Farm. Each month brings a new lineup of four creative flavors inspired by the botanicals grown on our farm, the seasons, fun collaborations with local businesses and whatever we're curious about in the ice cream kitchen. 

It's part ice cream subscription, part flavor experiment, and part invitation behind the scenes at Wilson Farm.

Pickup is from of the three locations you select at purchase on the third week of each month during a two hour window: 

• Wednesday's 4-6pm: BURLINGTON (Jake's ONE Market)
• Thursday's 4-6pm: MONTPELIER (Barr Hill Distillery)
• Friday's 4-6pm: GREENSBORO (Wilson Farm)
