Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.

If we shipped you the wrong product, please take a photograph of the item you received mistakenly and email it to us within 14 days of receiving your order at lindsay@wilsonfarmvermont.com. Please include your full name and order number. We will ship you the correct product after verifying that the wrong product was sent.

If you receive an order with breakage, please take a photograph of the exterior of the box and a photograph of the contents in case we need to make a claim with the carrier. Then contact us by email at lindsay@wilsonfarmvermont.com as soon as possible but no longer than 14 days after receiving your order, with your full name and order number, what items were broken, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement for those items. We will let you know if further information is needed.

Limitations

No refunds or replacements can be given if you do not contact us and notify us of an issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale Items

Any refund amounts will be for the amount paid for the item(s) at the time of purchase.

Gifts

If the item was a gift to you and shipped directly to you, any refund amount will be provided as an emailed gift card.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send any refund amount to the gift giver on their original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed the above steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at lindsay@wilsonfarmvermont.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
